Samusev Fedor Fedorovich, scientist of LLP "Scientific-production center for grain farming named after A.I. Barayev", candidate of agricultural sciences.

 In 1966 he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of agricultural sciences "Poplar and its culture in Northern Kazakhstan" (Tomsk).
