Mikhail Ivanovich Efimov, scientist of scientist of LLP “Scientific-production center for grain farming named after A.I.Barayev”, Candidate of agricultural sciences. In 1967, M. Efimov defended his thesis for the degree of Candidate of agricultural sciences "Influence of the terms of sowing and harvesting of spring wheat on the harvest, quality of grain and seeds in the conditions of the North Kazakhstan region" (Chagla).
