Volkov Evgeniy Dmitrievich, scientist-agronomist, candidate of agricultural sciences.Evgeny Dmitrievich was born on April 15, 1927 in the village of Mugalovo, Polomoshenskiy district, Tomsk region.In 1965-1967 he worked as the head of the zonal agrochemical laboratory of the All-Union Scientific Research Institute for grain farming st. Shortandy, Shortandy district, Tselinograd region. In 1967, he worked as head of the department of agrochemistry and fertilizers of the All-Union Scientific Research Institute of Agriculture, st. Shortandy, Shortandy district, Tselinograd region.In 1969 he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of agricultural sciences “Leaf diagnostics of the conditions of mineral nutrition and the quality of the harvest of spring wheat and corn in the conditions of the North Kazakhstan and Omsk regions” (Perm).
