Science is a national resource, an invariable component of the economic prosperity of a state, a guarantee of the country's future. With your work and enthusiasm, you make an invaluable contribution to the development of science. Every invention, every new technology is based on scientific courage, intelligence and research passion of a particular scientist.

Recent events in the world once again confirm that science and innovation have become the driving force of human development in the 21st century. Kazakhstan has a rich history, famous world scientists, research schools with the traditional recognition of the scientific community. It is with great pride that our Center for Grain Farming named after Alexander Ivanovich Barayev belongs to the number of well-known scientific Centers, whose landmark 65th anniversary we are celebrating this year. Thanks to the powerful research and production potential, advanced technologies, high culture of production, rich labor traditions of the SPCGF team, the most difficult tasks set for the grain industry have been and are being solved.
Outstanding specialists have worked and continue to work in the center - purposeful and creative people who have made their invaluable contribution to the development of the grain industry. In the glorious cohort of famous agricultural scientists, the names of our famous agricultural scientists are inscribed in golden letters Alexander Barayev, Valentin Kuzmin, Erwin Gossen, Alexandra Zaitseva, Vladimir Movchan, Mekhlis Suleimenov, Alexander Buryakov, Valery Kiryushin, Zheksenbai Kaskarbayev, Akylbek Kurishbaнev, and many others.
