Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan!

Dear Colleagues!

 I cordially congratulate you on the national holiday - Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan!  For 29 years now, it has been celebrated by everyone who invests their own work, creativity and strength in the prosperity of the republic.  

 The fateful day in the history of the country - December 16 for all of us is a symbol of the beginning of the era of the sovereign development of our state.  Having chosen this path for ourselves, we have chosen the values of patriotism, freedom and democracy, which today determine the development of our state.

 Together with all people of  Kazakhstan, we have the right to be proud of the achievements of these years.  Our Center has stood the test of time with honor, having managed to maintain an inextricable link between several generations of the scientific community.

 Everything that is the pride of the Center today has been created by your work and perseverance, intelligence and talent.  Our achievements give us new strength.  And they will be backed up in the future by new deeds in the name of the country's prosperity and progress in agricultural science.
