Today we present one of the outstanding scientists, academician, Lenin Prize Laureate, one of the leaders of the A.I.Barayev Scientific-production center for grain farming, E.F. Gossen.
Gossen Erwin Frantsevich was born on July 18, 1931 in the village of Valtheim of Molochansky district at Dnipropetrovsk region of Ukraine. E. Gossen is academician, laureate of the Lenin Prize, member of the Council of Elders of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, outstanding scientist in the field of agriculture and the organizer of agricultural science.
In science, E.F. Gossen for over 50 years. He made wide range of his achievements in the field of agriculture: he conducted research and led the compilation of agrotechnical requirements for new tillage implements and sowing machines, dealt with the problems of protecting soils from erosion. Works of Academician E.F. Gossen since 2005 are as improving innovations, characterized by changes in technology and methods of organizing a particular production, with a bias in compliance with environmental laws that contribute to environmental protection and restoration of balance in nature. Based on the analysis of priority models of sectors of the economy, he formulated proposals for organizing international and Kazakhstani clusters that contribute to sustainable development, ranking them according to the level of management. A special place in the work of academician E. Gossen is given to the creation of a forest reclamation landscape - recreation zone "Astana - Burabay".
The list of scientific publications contains 200 works in which E. Gossen takes a positive position in implementing economic and political reforms, maintaining stability in the country, fostering the patriotism, strengthening interethnic and interfaith harmony.
E.F. Gossen has the following awards: the medal “For the development of virgin and fallow lands”, the gold and bronze medals of the Exhibition of Economic Achievements of the USSR, the anniversary medal “For Valiant Labor”, the gold medal and the title of Lenin Prize Laureate, badges in honor of the development of virgin and fallow lands, order - “Badge of Honor”, “Labor Red Banner”, “Dostyk”, “Otan”; medals - "50 years of Kalmykia" medal named after S. I. Vavilova, “Veteran of Labor”, “Uly Otan Sogysyndagi zheniske 60 zhyl”, “10 years of Kazakhstan Constitution”, “100 years of academician A.I.
