The Islamic Organization for Food Security visited the Research and Production Center of the Grain Farming named after A. Baraeyv

On July 4, 2019, a delegation of the Islamic Organization for Food Security visited the Research and Production Center of the Grain Farming named after A. Barayev (SPCGF).

The delegation was headed by the Chairman of Islamic Organization for Food Security (IOFS), D.G., General Department for International Cooperation of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, Mr. Abdulaziz Alhouayish (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). The delegation consisted of the member countries of the IOFS, Mr. Ahmet Volkan, Deputy Director General of European Union and Foreign Relations of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of Turkey, Mr. Molla Abdul Aziz Additional Director General Directorate of Food Ministry of Bangladesh, Mr. Zeba Momini, Technical Assistant to the Executive Secretariat of the National Food Security Council of Burkina Faso, Mr. Saidou Agali Abouba, Technical Advisor to the High Commissioner to the 3 Initiative, Republic of Nigeria, Dr. Hameed Opeloyeru, Ex-Assistant Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Republic of Nigeria.

Kenzhe Abdullayev, Director General of the Scientific and Production Center for Grain Farming met with members of the delegation of IOFS and presented to them the main activities and scientific and practical research results, methods and equipment for assessing the quality of grain crops and the “Project Management Center for Precision Farming”, which allows to manage the precision farming on the landfill in on-line mode.

Members of the IOFS delegation highly appreciated the possibilities of research and development activities of the SPCGF and expressed interest in mutually beneficial cooperation and exchange of experience, technical know-how on various aspects of effective development of agriculture and food security.

SPCGF named after A. Barayev is the largest scientific center of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of agriculture and grain production, it has exceptional experience, fundamental and applied scientific research.
