In the Scientific and Production Center of Grain Farming named after A.I. Barayev, undergraduates of the 2nd year of the “Kazakh Agrotechnical University named after S. Seifullin” NJSC, “Phytosanitary monitoring” specialty 7M08104 of the “Plant Protection and Quarantine” Department of Agronomy Faculty undergo a scientific internship. On the first day of their stay at the Center, undergraduates got acquainted with the main scientific activities of the Center, leading scientists heading departments and laboratories, visited the analytical center and the historical museum.
During the scientific internship, undergraduates will get acquainted and study the methods and practice of scientific research on the system of protection of cereals, legumes and oilseeds from harmful factors: diseases, pests, weeds, which are an important component in the professional training of young scientific personnel.
