Chairman of the Board of the “KATRU named after S. Seifullin” NJSC, Tireuov K.M. met with scientists of the Center for Grain Farming named after A.I. Barayev

  Today, the Scientific and Production Center of Grain Farming named after A. I. Barayev hosted a meeting of researchers and heads of departments with the Chairman of the Board of the «Kazakh Agrotechnical Research University named after S.Seifullin» NJSC Tireuov Kanat Maratovich, which was attended by a member of the Board -First Vice-rector Abdyrov A.M., heads of Departments and Dean of the Faculty of Agronomy Stybaev G.Zh.

  The main topics put up for discussion were issues of paramount importance: preparation for the upcoming sowing campaign, provision of conditions for the practical training of students of the 3^rd-4^th courses of the university and a visit to the object- a dormitory for undergraduates, doctoral students and office housing for employees of the Center.  Utebayev M.U., Deputy Chairman of the Board for Science of the SPC GF, informed about the progress of spring field work. The structure of acreage for breeding nurseries and production field plots was determined; sowing of perennial herbs has begun. Technical training of mechanizers and drivers was conducted. Equipment has been prepared, the issue of fuel and fuel and lubricants has been resolved.

  During the visit to the brigade camp and the machine and tractor park, Tireuov K.A. paid attention to improving the condition of existing agricultural machinery and updating it also at the expense of available resources for various scientific and technical projects by joint efforts.

  According to the priority directions in the issues of organized internship by students at the Center, the first vice-rector of the University, Abdyrov Aitzhan Mukhamedzhanovich, focused on practice-oriented positions and maximum consolidation of trainees in specialized laboratories for obtaining high-quality professional knowledge and work skills, creating safe conditions for working in the field and in laboratories, organizing optimal conditions for living and three-time student nutrition.

  The management of the Center has demonstrated readiness on this issue in accordance with the terms of the Internship Agreement between both parties. It was noted in a positive way that the student campus, transferred to the balance of the Center, was put into working condition, in the near future it is planned to place students there during the internship.

  Summarizing the positions stated during the working meeting, Tireuov K.M. drew serious attention of all participants to the close collaboration of the University and the Center on all the planned development plans, as well as to the fact that today farmers expect innovative scientific solutions from agricultural scientists on agrotechnologies and seed production, since science should always work ahead of the curve.
