Scientists of the A.I. Barayev SPC for grain farming presented the results of applied scientific research to agricultural producers at a seminar-meeting in Bulandy district. The head of the agriculture department Nogayev Adilbek spoke on the problematic issues of digitalization of crop production, the phased introduction of precision farming. Nazdrachev Yakov gave recommendations on the methods, doses, and timing of the introduction of mineral fertilizers. On this topic, a discussion took place on the effectiveness and benefits of various forms and types of fertilizers. Scientists also have a lot to learn and it is very useful to study the practical methods of growing wheat from the selection of varieties, performing spring field work, applying fertilizers in advanced farms that receive high yields annually. Senior Researcher of the Plant Protection Laboratory Utelbayev Yerlan spoke on the issues of differentiated application of plant protection products. Kiyas Adalbergen devoted his speech to the problematic issues of crop rotation and grain-fallow crop rotation. Agricultural producers expressed the interest in new varieties of spring bread wheat in the presentation of the head of the wheat breeding department Babkenov Adylkhan, especially the "Taimas" variety, which has been under state test for the last year, is fruitful, undersized, and resistant to diseases.
