Canadian scientist visited the Grain Farming Center

Last week Ludovic J.A. Capo-chich, engineer, PhD in Technical Sciences, agricultural scientist of the Faculty of Agriculture, Life and Ecology of the University of Alberta (Canada) visited the Center of Grain Farming named after A.I. Barayev with the purpose of getting acquainted with the issues of breeding and primary seed production of cereals, oilseeds, legumes, technology of cultivation of crops and soil treatment.
During his stay in our Center, he met with breeding scientists and was keenly interested in current issues on the topic. Business exchange of opinions took place and ways of future cooperation were outlined.
It is worth noting that the Center staff has long-standing and close ties in the field of agriculture and crop production with scientists-agrarians of Canada.
