The Head of State has declared this year 2025 the Year of Working Professions, and one of the important steps in its implementation will be to strengthen business cooperation with colleges, primarily within the framework of the Dual Education Roadmap.
On January 24 of this year, representatives of the SPC GF named after A.I. Barayev visited the Astrakhanka settlement of Akmola region, for an anniversary event dedicated to the 65th anniversary of the founding of the College of Agribusiness and Service under the Department of Education of Akmola region with the participation of industry management, local executive authorities and social partners. During the event, Putintseva Valentina Sergeevna, College Director, introduced the participants to the history development and establishment of an educational institution. As part of the anniversary event, the college’s management organized an impromptu meeting of representatives of the SPC GF named after. A.I. Barayev with students, during which an interested conversation took place about the activities of scientists in the development of agricultural technologies and the breeding of new promising varieties.
In the plans for the upcoming cooperation, SPC GF is planned to support the management of the college in organizing educational and industrial practice for students in the fields of Agricultural Mechanization and Agronomy, and providing scientific support on crop cultivation. It is gratifying that today the college’s management is showing due interest in cooperation with a scientific institution, and this positive trend only helps to unlock resource opportunities in the training of specialists for agriculture.
It seems that in the condition of digital innovation transformations, any kind of collaboration, including with science, will only allow the college to strengthen the dual education system and provide training for in-demand specialists who meet the modern labor market. There is no more important advancement in any field than the development of human capital.
