INFORMATION ON SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL PROGRAMS UNDER PROGRAM-TARGETED FINANCING OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN FOR 2021-2023 URN BR10865093“Development and scientific substantiation of technical and technological parameters for adaptation of space sensing and precision farming technology to current production tasks of agro-industrial complex subjects and formation of reference database necessary for this purpose”
URN BR10865093 “Development and scientific substantiation of technical and technological parameters for adaptation of space sensing and precision farming technology to current production tasks of agro-industrial complex subjects and formation of reference database necessary for this purpose” obtained the following results.
Amount of funding for 2021 - 2023: 575,552,167 tenge; 2021: 185,580,922 tenge; 2022: 191,519,974 tenge; 2023: 198,451,271 tenge.
Object of research: precision farming technologies.
Goal: implementation of the concept of “Smart” agriculture, including high-tech crop and livestock products, including on the basis of new technical solutions, within the framework of improving the precision farming system on the basis of digitalization and differentiation of technological elements, management of the production process and use of information technology tools in the conditions of operating enterprises in Kazakhstan.
The following objectives have been set:
- updating of agrotechnological requirements for manufacturers of technical means used in precision farming;
- collection and updating of databases, their parameters and criteria used in space sensing and precision farming for the development of additional modules to the software for developers;
- improvement of precision farming system on the basis of integrated reference and information systems in crop production;
- formation of crop production management model based on the use of fertility models, biocenosis productivity management models, GIS technologies, “Big Data” database, plant development monitoring, creation of fertility and field productivity maps;
- implementation of the developed elements and technical solutions of the precision farming system in basic and pilot farms.
Expected results;
The following results were achieved during the implementation of the STP in 2021-2023.
1 Agrotechnological requirements to the main technological operations in crop cultivation for manufacturers of technical means -used in precision farming were formed and updated. Information database on agricultural machinery and equipment for precision farming was formed. Recommendations were prepared.
2 Requirements for databases used in space sensing and precision farming are summarized and updated to develop additional modules for software for developers. Recommendations were prepared.
3 On the basis of economic analysis and evaluation of the efficiency of integrated reference and information systems, recommendations for the improvement of precision farming system are given. Recommendations have been prepared.
4 Model of crop production management in the form of information and reference program on the basis of available software using fertility models, biocenosis productivity management modules, GIS technologies, plant development monitoring for Akmola, Kostanay, North-Kazakhstan regions was formed. The electronic image of information and reference Model of crop production management based on the use of agro-technological modules is placed on the server of Kostanay Regional University named after A.Baitursynov at the e-mail address: farming.ksu.edu.kz.
5 To form the Model of crop production management based on the use of agrotechnological modules used the results of laboratory, field and production experiments, in the conditions of existing enterprises of Kazakhstan - three enterprises in different soil and climatic conditions of Akmola, Kostanay, North-Kazakhstan regions.
6 Agrochemical survey of experimental plots of pilot farms in Akmola region - on the area of 1,528 ha, Kostanay region - 3,185 ha, North-Kazakhstan region - 4,970 ha was conducted.
7 Acts of scientific and production inspections (24) and Acts of implementation (9) for scientific developments of STP received.
For 2021 -2023 years published 33 articles, including in KKSON -6, in RSCI -4, in Scopus -3, recommendations -8, filed an application for utility model “Method of determining the biological yield of grain crops on the basis of complexing ground data and satellite monitoring”, registration number 2023/1032.2, date of submission 16.10.2023. 38 training seminars, 8 field days were held, Annex G. Within the framework of the program, 3 researchers are studying at bachelor's degree (Kostanay IEU named after M. Dulatov, KATRU named after S. Seifullin), in master's degree - 4 (Omsk SAU named after P.A. Stolypin, KATRU named after S. Seifullin), in doctoral studies -1 (KATRU named after S. Seifullin), in postgraduate studies 1 (Omsk SAU named after P.A. Stolypin).
