In the Center of Grain Farming named after A.I. Barayev in order to improve professional competence according to the internship and advanced training plan for the project “To develop a farming system for the cultivation of agricultural crops (grain leguminous oilseeds and industrial crops) using elements of cultivation technology, differentiated nutrition, plant protection products and equipment for cost-effective production based on a comparative study of various cultivation technologies for the regions of Kazakhstan” scientific employees have the opportunity to choose research institutes, where is it better for them to get training to expand their practical skills.
In May 2022, researchers of the Laboratory of Biochemistry and Technological assessment of the quality of agricultural crops Chilimova Irina Vladimirovna and Kradetskaya Oksana Olegovna took advanced training courses. I.V.Chilimova on the topic “Methods of measuring the mass fraction of amino acids on the device Capillary electrophoresis system of Drops 105-M” at the Institute of Advanced Training and Retraining of Personnel of Almaty Technological University in the research laboratory for assessing the quality and safety of food products under the leadership of the head of the laboratory Abdisamat Isamidinuly Samadun. During the educational process, practical classes were held in this laboratory to determine the amino acid composition of agricultural crops.
Kradetskaya O.O. completed an internship at the “National Center of Biotechnology” RSE of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Laboratory of Plant Genomics and Bioinformatics on the topic: “Theoretical and practical skills of molecular genetic research” under the guidance of Candidate of Biological Sciences Oksana Nikolaevna Khapilina and doctoral student, researcher Turzhanova Ainur. The course program included DNA extraction, amplification reaction, electrophoresis, visualization of electrophoregrams, interpretation of results.
Upon completion of the training, I.V. Chilimova and O.O. Kradetskaya were issued certificates. The knowledge gained by the staff will be applied in practice in the analytical laboratory of the Center.
