Omsk Agricultural Research Center is interested in expanding cooperation with Kazakhstani scientists

Members of the working group of the Omsk Scientific Center, consisting of Nikolayev Pyotr, head of the breeding and seed center, Artem Timokhin, head of the agrotechnological center, Vladimir Gudymov, head of the sales department, took part in the agroforum “Kazakhstan Field Day “Jaña Dala/GreenDay 2022” in the Enbek settlement, Akmola region. At the international exhibition, scientists and specialists of the Omsk ASC (SibNIISKhoz) presented an exposition dedicated to the scientific and industrial activities of the institution, new promising varieties.

As part of the business visit, they visited the production sites of the “Enbek” company, held a working meeting with the heads of the North Kazakhstan Agricultural Experimental Station, Scientific and Production Center named after A.I. Barayev.

During their visit to our Center, they met with scientists, got acquainted with scientific research in experimental fields, analytical laboratories and visited the historical museum. Chairman of the Management Board Serekpayev Nurlan thanked his Russian colleagues for their interest in expanding scientific ties. Within the framework of close scientific cooperation, joint internships have already been organized, participation in grants, joint projects, creation and maintenance of crop varieties are planned.The executive management of the Omsk ASC is interested in expanding cooperation with scientific institutions and farms of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the future.
