SFW - 2023: scientists of the Center and the University started sowing leguminous crops within the STP

  In the “SPC GF named after A.I. Barayev” LLP, employees of the laboratory of leguminous and oilseed breeding, in order to implement the scientific and technical program: “CREATION OF HIGHLY PRODUCTIVE VARIETIES AND HYBRIDS OF LEGUMINOUS CROPS BASED ON THE ACHIEVEMENTS OF BIOTECHNOLOGY, GENETICS, PHYSIOLOGY, BIOCHEMISTRY OF PLANTS FOR THEIR SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTION IN VARIOUS SOIL AND CLIMATIC ZONES OF KAZAKHSTAN”, have started the planned sowing leguminous crops (peas, chickpeas, lentils).  It’s worth remarking that according to these crops, the laboratory conducts a complete breeding process. The work is carried out in cooperation with the staff of the “Kazakh Agrotechnical Research University named after S. Seifullin” NJSC.
