INVITATION to the field seminar "Agronomic techniques for stable grain production in arid conditions"

“Scientific and Production Center of Grain Farming named after A.I. Barayev” LLP holds a field seminar for farmers.

The seminar program includes a visit to experimental stations, a demonstration of crops for a comparative assessment of agricultural techniques for cultivating cereals and legumes, taking into account the weather conditions of 2023:

-demonstration of the results of scientific experiments on the impact of the timing and rate of seed sowing, taking into account the agricultural background, on the yield and quality of grain;

-the impact of the use of mineral fertilizers on grain yields, taking into account the intensification of cultivation technologies;

-comparative effectiveness of measures to protect crops from weeds in the conditions of the current year;

-demonstration of field work with elements of precision farming;

-demonstration of crops of new drought-resistant varieties of spring soft wheat of domestic and foreign breeding at the breeding nursery.
