Results of the workshop on precision farming

At the workshop on precision farming, participants discussed issues of mineral nutrition and conservation of soil fertility, plant protection, and new promising varieties of crops.  The practical experience of diversification of crop production, the use of protective equipment during crop rotation with oilseeds and leguminous crops aroused interest.

Kanat Akshalov in his speech also drew attention to the adaptation of agricultural technologies and the choice of crops in the context of climate change.  The results of scientific research were reported not only by recognized experts of the SPCGF, but also by young scientists Kairzhanov Elzhas, Chernov Andrey.  As a result of the seminar, participants were awarded certificates.
