The agricultural season has been launched in Akmola region

A group conference of agricultural workers was held in Zhaksy settlement of Zhaksynsky district of Akmola region with the participation of Akim of Akmola region Akhmetzhanov M.M., dedicated to preparations for spring field work in 2025. The event was also attended by the Chairman of the Board of «SPC GF named after A. I. Barayev» LLP, Savin T.V.

In his speech, Timur Vladimirovich focused the attention of agricultural producers on the importance of taking into account current weather and climatic conditions. He noted that it is necessary to pay attention to the condition of moisture accumulation in the soil and the level of snow cover in the region. Data on precipitation dynamics in the 2024-2025 agricultural year were also presented, including information on moisture reserves for the first decade of December 2024 and the results of snow cover monitoring for the third decade of January 2025. Special attention was paid to the recommended sowing dates, seeding rates and seed depth of the main crops, as well as the optimal ratio of varieties of various types of maturation for the soil and climatic zone of the region. The issues of the use of mineral fertilizers and plant protection systems have not been overlooked.

In conclusion, Timur Vladimirovich reported on the implementation of the budget program 019 «Services for the dissemination and implementation of innovative experience» in 2024. He noted that the program will help strengthen cooperation with farmers in the region, improve compliance with agricultural technologies and integrated crop cultivation, which, in turn, will reduce risks and contribute to obtaining good harvests.
