A working meeting was held at the Scientific and Production Centre of Grain Farming named after A.I. Barayev between employees and the anti-corruption compliance officer of the National Agricultural Scientific and Educational Centre, Erlan Serikovich Uteev. The event was devoted to issues of compliance with anti-corruption legislation and the identification and analysis of corruption risks in the organisation’s activities.
During the meeting, potential vulnerabilities in work processes were discussed, as well as specific measures to prevent them. Particular attention was paid to risk assessment in the administrative, financial, and scientific-production spheres. Participants emphasised the importance of adhering to the principles of integrity, transparency and accountability in the activities of all departments of the Centre.
Holding such events contributes to the formation of a sustainable anti-corruption culture, strengthening trust within the workforce, and developing an effective compliance control system.
