Arthur Verner took part in the inspection of fields of Akmola region

Head of the agricultural crops group and crop production diversification of SPCGF named after A.I. Barayev, Arthur Verner, as part of a commission created by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan to monitor the condition of seeding the crops and assess species productivity of wheat, took part in the inspection of fields of Akmola region.
On the crops, a low stem height is observed, which was influenced by a lack of productive moisture in the soil and a high temperature background in the phase of exit of grain into the tube. Weediness of fields in the region as a whole is relatively low. High weed pollution of the fields is observed mainly in small peasant farms.
Infections of grain crops in the region were practically not observed, a strong distribution of wheat thrips was noted.
The state of crops in the region was assessed as satisfactory, potential yield, on average, in the region was estimated at 12, 0 c / ha (with fluctuations from 8.0 c / ha in the Zharkain district to 17.0 c / ha in the Sandyktausky district).
On the fields of the Egindykolsky district, a good condition of wheat crops Shortandinskaya 95 was noted, a sort of selection of SPCGF named after A.I. Barayev.
