Zinchenko Ivan Gavrilovich, scientist-agronomist, candidate of agricultural sciences.

 Ivan Gavrilovich was born on December 15, 1923, Donetsk region, the city of Debaltsevo.

He began his career in 1941 as a carpenter in Deboltsev city. In 1943-1944 was automatic rifleman of 431 rifle regiment 52 divisions of the III Ukrainian front. In 1944-1945 he was a soldier of 590 special separate battalion of the III Ukrainian front. In 1945-1946 he worked as the controller of the technical control department of the Deboltsevo machine-building plant in Deboltsy city. In 1946-1950 he graduated from the Azov-Chernomosky Agricultural Institute. In the period from 1950 to 1955 he worked as the chief agronomist of the October and Chistovsky state farms. In 1955-1957 he was a graduate student of the Siberian Research Institute. In 1957-1958 he worked as the chief agronomist, deputy for production, head of the department of agriculture. In 1958-1960 he was the chief agronomist of the state farm named after Tolanskaya division.

In 1960-1961 he worked as the chief agronomist of the state farm “Pobeda”. In 1961-1963 he became director of the "Stantsionnyi" farm. Since January 1964, he headed the laboratory of tillage AUSRI. In 1970, Ivan Gavrilovich defended his thesis for the degree of Candidate of Agricultural Sciences "Experience in the study of methods of soil protection of southern carbonate chernozems in the Tselinograd region" (Ulan-Ude).

He was awarded medals for the victory over Germany during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, for the Valiant labor of V-1970, 20 years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, 50 years of the armed forces, 30 years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
